    Happy Sunday all. another rest day for me. legs are ruined. Had a couple of meals of this weekend, been pretty strict and there’s no planned shows so enjoying some family time and food. hope every1 has a great sunday.

    rest day, much needed after a good weeks training. walks and gardening on the agenda today. having some food off today, haven’t had an off plan meal for a while now and there’s no planned shows yet so gona have a few treats.

    hey, i personally keep my test at 400mg, you could potentially drop some water dropping the test and i dont see why you cant, maybe try 400mg before your cruise.

    hey, if i was starting pct i would wait 5 weeks after my last jab, but my levels would be rock bottom. As you don’t want that to happen with a cruise i would just move straight to your cruise dose. Do that for 6 weeks but i would definitely get blood work done before you push again just to make sure your good to go.[/quote]

[/quote], exactly m8, then blood work to see where your markers are at, you may need a longer cruise to get improve your markers but only the test can tell you that.

    hey buddy, adding clem and tren in will definitely have an impact so there will be no real.need to drop cals anymore too soon. Are you aiming to compete? Sounds like you have a good idea of how your body works, i wouldn’t want to lose more than a kg a week ideally, the slower you come down the better

    Thanks for responding so fast. I agree! Not aiming to compete anytime soon just wanna lean down before I really start to throw on some size and progress strength wise. After this lean phase I plan on taking at least a year to get strong as fuck and stay there for a while, then see how things are looking competitively.

    I will say I have slacked on my cardio some but I’ve come a long way without much scheduled cardio because of so many steps at my jobs. I noticed my intra tends to keep my weight stable and more fuller and when I don’t use it i tend to empty out quite quickly. Maybe that’s another card I can save as I know James and JP still use a lot of intra during prep. [/quote]
    yes definitely keep the intra in, most will run it for as.long as.they can during prep.

    hey buddy,

    150mg would see most people at 30mmol. The optimal natural level for health and well being. you will feel like a new man. You could do this once per week for the convenience of less shots but ideally you would jab mon and thurs. 75mg per shot. It would be cheaper to do it yourself but you could start at the clinic until your confident enough to do it yourself. I have a member at my gym who did exactly that, started at the clinic and them moved to the black market which saved him alot of money for the same thing. You just need a reliable source. He is also young, nothing to be ashamed about, it happens and if you can control it and feel better then why wouldn’t you. Get going as soon as you can so you can het your life back on track.

    quality leg session today. Felt pretty fucked at the start but it turned into a great workout. 50 rep drop sets on the leg press, drop sets on the leg extension and abductor machine. sissy squats, leg curls and RDLs, I’m well and truly fucked. putting in some extra carbs. My scales weighed wrond yesterday and my actual weight is 112kg. feeling pretty flat as I’ve run low carb for some time now. ive put in 2 cereal bars pre and 100g cereal post workout. will keep the carbs at around 50g each meal now and see how i look tomorrow.

    hi Ryan thanks for your reply I was eating around 4400cal a day but recently dropped a bit lower as just was working for me anymore and was thinking along those lines to try keep pushing again [/quote]
