Hi Greg, come down to a trt dose as Kuba suggested then get your blood work done after 6 weeks to make sure all your other markers have recovered. if they haven’t you can stay on TRT until they do and take the correct supplements to improve your readings if they are out. if your not producing test or sperm then don’t worry about hcg. you will still need an AI when on cycle, start at 0.5mg 3 x aweek and go from there. It depends on blood work. thats my recommendation anyway.

What kind of white fish do you eat? Cod, tilapia, haddock ?

hey m8, all of them will do the job, predominantly pollock, salmon (when i need more fat) and tilapia.

Hi Ryan! Love the log my friend, saw on your IG story you posted a restock of your health supps. Would you mind listing those with the brands on here? I couldn’t make it out on the photo. Thanks in advance!

    hey m8,

a high dose vit D3 with K would be good. supplementneeds do a 5000iu Strength one. plus Curcumin liposomal, omega 3 and glutathione Liposomal would be other good additions. All vits will vary, some can be taken on an empty stomach some with meals, some with fat meals so check the label.

    Hey,

make a note after each meal, then you can start to see a pattern as to what foods may be causing the problems. it’s a case of trial and error. I use 10g L glutamine 1st things on a empty stomach every morning. if you want pop your diet on here and i will try and help

If you have bad stools, runny, infrequent or example and if you bloat after meals then it’s down to poor digestion. Assess your digestion after each meal to ensure the foods sit well with you.

for TRT i would do 150mg per week over 2 shots. So get the 1ml insulin pins and do just over 2.5 monday and thursday. Get your blood work done after 6 weeks to see where your at. I’ve heard of people doing subQ but i do intra muscular.

arm day today, not managing 2 pull session a week at the minute. My Pull sessions are just taking too much out of me so unable to get a 2nd in. To be honest I’ve learnt to listen to me body now and no overtrain. I will probably move RDLs to leg days then change to conventional deads on back days and rotate rack pulls in each week. So far I’m getting stronger each week using minimal drugs. My supplement regime and nutrition is on point at the minute and thats helping me a great deal. will post my diet up tomorrow followed by my supplement intake.

Hi Ryan just a thought have you ever tried high rep leg work consistently? Reason i’m asking is that in your previous leg log youre squatting very considerable weights and yet you’d expect your legs to be larger. Not to say your legs arnt impressive but perhaps youre conditioning your legs for strength rather than size now

    Hey max,

i do use higher rep work too, il do a drop set of 50 reps on a leg press say and volume on a leg extension quad drop sets. My legs are the 1st to go when i come off cycle as they are long and im just under 6ft 2. ive posted a pic of when I’ve run a 16 to 20 week course before a show, they just take a bit of time to come back. obviously most never come off now so they just maintain their size all year round but thats not for me.

hey, usually lack of energy, cramping etc. put a sprinkle of pink salt on meals and keep potassium adequte. A good intra drink will contain sufficient electrolytes. I personally have a banana a day unless I’m in contest prep.
